At Bont Skates, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-performance gear. If your equipment doesn't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your skates or accessories are in brand-new, unused condition with all original packaging and tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

  Submit a Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items and include the RA paperwork inside; use a trackable shipping service to send the package back to our regional distribution center.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned gear, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
